I’m not much of a shopper but the ladies here made finding my dress an absolute pleasure! They had tons of selection for all different tastes. Great prices, lots of one of a kind gowns. Lacie helped me and she was phenomenal! She is the perfect combination of being helpful while providing plenty of privacy!

I drove almost 5 hours to go to this shop and man was I impressed. The customer service I received was phenomenal. I never once felt pressured and they were more concerned on finding me the right dress and catered to my every need. When I found the right dress I cried and knew it was the one. The price range was very reasonable and I did not break my budget. I recommend this shop to any bride as their dresses are gorgeous. 5 stars all day long. My little sister wants to go here to find her dress based off the experience I had.

My wife and I went in with low expectations of finding dresses that we liked and that fit us as plus size gals. The staff was AMAZING. Terry did a wonderful job making us feel included and loved. They have amazing dresses that are affordable, a super sweet and caring staff, and they even offer care services for your dress to keep it looking your best for your wedding day. I wanted to let you know how much I love my dress. Originally when planning the wedding I was only going to rent a dress. I saw that gorgeous dress in the window one day and immediately pulled over and went and tried it on. It’s kind of like the dress spoke to me. However, I went home pretty sad because I knew there was no way I could get it. Over the weeks my (now) husband saw how much I loved the dress and it ended up being a special present from him to me. I’m so grateful for that special gift because I love knowing that I will always have that dress from the most special day of my life. It was everything I was looking for and I know things wouldn’t have been quite as perfect without it. I also love knowing that I can look in my closet and I have a tangible item to look at and reflect on those happy experiences. From the moment I stepped in the door I was greeted with happy friendly faces waiting to do all they could to help me on this special day. I was able to look online at different styles of dresses so I had an idea of what I liked. I was able to find the dress of my dreams, a beautiful Swarovski crystal belt, and a veil trimmed with lace! I highly recommend Petals and Promises! My mother and I went to the store on a week day without an appointment and they were able to make the shopping experience a fantastic one! I showed the employees the style I was looking for (open back, no-flare), which was on their website; they were able to find the same dress in their store in the right size! Great environment, and great prices. Highly recommend for both modest and romantic dresses.

I travelled all the way from Tucson, Arizona to find my perfect wedding dress. I thought I would find it in Salt Lake but unfortunately could not find the right size. Thankfully, we were referred to Petals and Promises. So we drove the hour and a half up the store and my experience was amazing. The staff had my dress on hold and they recognized me as soon as I walked in the door. Not only did they focus on me and make me feel special, they were charming and sweet to my mother and grandmother. The consultant also helped me pick out a veil and I ended up purchasing my gown, veil, and earrings from the shop.
